Frank, is the managing director of Morris J. Cohen & Co., as well as the co-director of the firm's accounting and assurance practice with more than twenty-five years experience, including several years with a national firm. He has extensive experience in the audits of private and publicly held companies. In addition, his expertise encompasses business counseling and consulting services including bankruptcy and troubled debt restructuring. His advisory services to the nonprofit community include the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Diocese of Allentown, the National Melanoma Foundation.
